This Privacy Policy is formulated in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China and Measures for Identifying Illegal and Irregular Collection and Use of Personal Information by Mobile Applications. It clarifies the rules governing the collection, use, storage, protection and sharing of personal information by this App, and safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of users registering with mobile phone numbers and logging in via Apple ID. We strictly adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and minimization, and only collect information essential for service provision without over-collecting or misusing user data.

2.1Account Login and Identity Information (1) Users registered with mobile phone numbers: We collect your mobile phone number, encrypted account password and basic account information for account registration, identity verification, login authentication, account security protection, password retrieval, message notification and compliance risk control management. (2) Users logging in via Apple ID: When you voluntarily authorize login with Apple ID, we only obtain public information authorized by Apple (including anonymous unique user identifier, nickname and anonymous email address). We will never access your Apple ID password, device private data, photo albums, contacts, location, payment information or other confidential content. Such information is solely used for quick login, account binding, identity verification and account security management, fully complying with iOS privacy requirements and subject to Apple’s official privacy policy.

2.2Device and Log Information To protect account security, prevent irregular risks, troubleshoot system failures and optimize user experience, we anonymously collect device model, system version, unique device identifier, login logs, functional operation records and crash logs for risk verification, vulnerability repair and product iteration. Such data cannot independently identify your real identity.

2.3Operation Business Data Vehicle remote data, key parameters, reading records, generation records, operation logs and other business data generated during your use of the App are only retained for your personal operation records, function optimization, fault tracing and compliance risk review. We will never disclose or share such data without your active authorization or mandatory legal requirements.

3.1Storage Period: We only retain necessary data while you maintain active service access. Your account information and operation data will be stored during the valid use period of your account. After you apply for account cancellation, we will completely erase all your personal information, binding data and operation records within 30 days, retaining only compliance risk control records required by laws and regulations.

3.2Security Protection: We adopt industry-standard encryption technology to store your personal information and operation data with a comprehensive security protection system and strict data access permissions to prevent data leakage, tampering, loss and abuse, fully safeguarding your data security.

3.3Device Permission Management: This App only requests device permissions essential for core functions. All permissions are authorized and revocable by you at any time through your mobile system settings. Disabling non-essential permissions will not affect core reading and key generation functions.

4.1Third-Party Apple Login Service Notice: This App integrates Apple Login SDK. When you log in via Apple ID, the processing of your information is also subject to Apple’s official Privacy Policy. We only receive public information you voluntarily authorize and will not transmit any of your vehicle remote data or key generation records to Apple.

4.2No Unauthorized Sharing or Trading: We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information or operation data. We may only provide your data under the following legal circumstances: (1) Scenarios with your explicit voluntary consent and authorization; (2) Scenarios where public security, judicial or administrative authorities lawfully request data for investigation and evidence collection; (3) Circumstances necessary to protect your legitimate rights, public safety and lawful interests.

5.1Right to Access and Rectification: You may view your account information, login records and remote operation data at any time in the personal center of the App. You may correct inaccurate information independently or contact customer service for assistance.

5.2Right to Revoke Authorization: You may revoke Apple ID login authorization and disable device permissions at any time in iOS system settings. Revoking authorization shall not affect our lawful retention of historical data as required by applicable laws and regulations.

5.3Right to Data Deletion and Account Cancellation: You may independently apply for account cancellation and deletion of personal operation data. Upon cancellation, we will unbind Apple ID authorization and erase all your private data in accordance with agreed terms.

5.4Right to Complaint and Remedy: If you believe we have infringed upon your personal information rights and interests, you may submit feedback via the in-app customer service channel. We will respond and resolve your issues within 3 working days.

This App is a professional tool for the locksmith industry and is only available to adult practitioners with valid legal qualifications. We do not provide services to minors. We will not actively collect personal information of minors. If we confirm that a minor is using the App, we will immediately ban the account and delete all associated data.

We may revise this Privacy Policy to comply with updated laws, regulatory requirements and business optimization needs. Revised content will be prominently displayed within the App and take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the App services shall constitute your recognition and acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
